I am a licensed physical therapist specializing in pelvic health and pain management. I was fortunate to receive my doctorate in physical therapy from Northwestern University where I completed an intensive clinical internship in the treatment of pelvic health and musculoskeletal pain. Pelvic health physical therapy is an emerging field that helps both women and men recover from symptoms like urinary incontinence, pelvic and abdominal pain, bowel disorders, pelvic organ prolapse, and more.
In addition to being a physical therapist, I am also a yoga therapist and hold a 500-hour certification with Yoga Alliance. My treatment approach integrates evidenced based physical therapy with the wisdom of yoga. I will help you recover from pelvic health conditions and/or musculoskeletal pain with an integrative approach that examines your physical structure, breathing mechanics, stress levels, and lifestyle habits. I believe you can embody health and move pain-free with gentle guidance and support along the way.
