Discovery Calls:
- If you have scheduled a free discovery call, I will call your phone number at the time scheduled.
In-person appointments:
- There is free parking next to the Heartwood Center located off of Dempster Street.
- Once you've arrived at Heartwood, please enter through the east entrance (the door is labeled East Lobby) and use ***keycode 108*** to enter. Please make yourself comfortable in the lobby with complimentary water or tea, I will come get you at the time of your appointment.
- If you are a patient with BCBS PPO, please make sure you have your insurance card ready. Thank you.
Online appointments:
- You should receive an email with the link to the video call at least 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you cannot find the link please send me an email or call.
